This little thing is great. Now I have the big attachment for my kitchain mixer to do things, but its so time consuming. this little one is fantastic. Its light weight, can be broken down and stored easily as well as cleaned easy. it cut through my carrots like butter. it was great. and you don't get a big junk left that the blades cant reach like most of them. I barely had any waste.
