Our refund policy lasts 15 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. DURING COVID-19 WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR REFUND POLICY TO 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY! Since we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible order cancellation requests must be sent within one hour of purchase. Please send all inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, after one hour we will no longer be able to process cancellations.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KetoConnect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KetoConnect will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
